You can request a refund within 5 days after the product is delivered to you. The product must be at it delivered conditions. If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact our Customer Service sales@paltoi.com to request its return. Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

International deliveries may take up to 10 days depending on the region, shipment fee and taxes will be calculated at the check out. 

Custom duties and taxes may occur due to the regulations of the country delivered. The receiver will be responsible for the extra charges which may occur.

All Domestic orders will be shipped by Yurtici Kargo. www.paltoi.com strives to process purchases within 7 business days of receiving your order during business hours (except weekends).

There may be a delay of up to 5-7 working days added to orders on special times such as Holidays and New Years.
